Just signed up for another 4 weeks on ShapeUp Zoom. These classes are the perfect way to start a day in lockdown. Hanna guides the class through a variety of exercises, keeping it challenging and varied and with a personal touch that keeps me coming back each week. Her resourcefulness means we’re continuing our routines in our living rooms and gardens and getting the most out of classes.
