Monday
7:00pm - Pilates Intermediate Class with Rachel Hollywood, this class will help to improve your strength, body awareness, flexibility & balance. With a focus on simple and effective movements to work the whole body. Recording available on request.
Friday
12pm Cardio Pilates combines cardio with a Pilates workout, getting your heart rate up whilst focussing on precision & optimal alignment. It’s a high intensity workout targeting the entire body. Movements can be modified to make the class accessible to all abilities (although not suitable if you’re pregnant or have an injury).

6:45pm ShapeUp Run-Intervals, new class to help you improve your running

Just signed up for another 4 weeks on ShapeUp Zoom. These classes are the perfect way to start a day in lockdown. Hanna guides the class through a variety of exercises, keeping it challenging and varied and with a personal touch that keeps me coming back each week. Her resourcefulness means we’re continuing our routines in our living rooms and gardens and getting the most out of classes. I highly recommend ShapeUp Zoom for exercise and a feel-good boost at the start of your day.

Shape up Hanna is really fantastic . Hanna has such a lovely manner where she pushes you and encourages you to give it your all. Whether in the park or on zoom it really is the best way to start your day .. 😀
