6pm ShapeUp Strength with Hanna. Burpee free zone. Using equipment like Kettlebells & Dumb-bells. Full body burn. Recording available on request.

    Just signed up for another 4 weeks on ShapeUp Zoom. These classes are the perfect way to start a day in lockdown. Hanna guides the class through a variety of exercises, keeping it challenging and varied and with a personal touch that keeps me coming back each week. Her resourcefulness means we’re continuing our routines in our living rooms and gardens and getting the most out of classes. I highly recommend ShapeUp Zoom for exercise and a feel-good boost at the start of your day.
