Having worked within the fitness field for many years, I noticed the majority of personal trainers were men.
While many of these were good personal trainers, with a good understanding of training in general, they often lacked the real understanding of the female body. Being the mother of three children, I have that understanding.
While the physical aspects are very important in gaining the results you long to achieve, just as important is mental attitude and of course, your diet.

I trained with Hanna through both of my pregnancies and afterwards, both as part of her group classes and in personal training. Hanna is such a brilliant trainer and adapted exercises for me to suit pregnancy, even in a class with others. Training with Hanna maintained my strength in pregnancy which really helped with the recovery after birth. I also did Mother and Baby classes and personal training where I brought my baby along, Hanna is so understanding about babies interrupting and needing attention during classes! I can't thank Hanna enough and would recommend her classes to anyone

Only sorry I didn't start earlier

I was nervous about exercising again after having my 2nd baby. I didn't want to go to a gym and definitely knew I wanted a female trainer. I reached out to Hanna and from the first session I was already feeling better. Loved doing the sessions in the park.
I was still on maternity leave and Hanna had no problem with me bringing my baby boy along for our sessions. She worked on my strengths,got me moving again and always kept me motivated. 10 PT sessions later and I feel great.I am only sorry I didn't start earlier.
Can't wait to continue with Hanna in the group classes 👊
